Meet Heidi

Heidi Maddern is a Sales and Marketing Professional with over 25 years experience within the Real Estate industry who has predominantly specialised in New Developments and Project Marketing.

Heidi’s mantra that has guided her throughout her career “People First Property” is one that dovetails perfectly with her business principles of working with integrity and honesty above all else.

A rarity in the Real Estate industry, Heidi possess a dynamic and rich depth of property experience and knowledge along with a unique skill set that few agents possess.

Immersed in the industry from a young age, Heidi grew up with Real Estate royalty with both of her parents being renowned Gold Coast Real Estate identities.

Inspired by this, at the age of 25 Heidi had established her own Real Estate company and successfully marketing some of the largest developments on the Gold Coast as the exclusive agency.

Heidi holds a full corporation licence and agency licence and has a keen eye for design and interiors. She has concentrated on the community estates within Hope Island area for over 10 years and exclusively marketed and sold Cova for Frasers Property as the Project Sales Manager for close to 8 years.

When Heidi is not immersed in Real Estate you will find her renovating, gardening and restoring furniture which is another of her creative pursuits.
